Notice for Customer Service
Thank you for your support in purchasing our products. While we understand your frustration when a product requires servicing, we will like to seek your assistance in the following:
Provide us with the official receipt and full box/warranty card: We will need this information to confirm if the product is still within warranty period. Without any receipt, we can only base on the product batch date, which may be over the warranty period already.
Understanding of standard procedures for warranty services: For products which we are able to test and confirm the fault immediately (e.g. battery unable to charge a device at all), we will replace immediately. (provided that your product is within the warranty period and we have the stocks) For products problems which require testing, (e.g. a battery pack that can only charge partially full) we will need to retain the device for at least 2-3 working days to properly test the products. We will not be able to exchange products without proper testing for such problems.
The customer service counter does not issue refunds: we understand your frustration and request to refund the product, but if your products are not purchased from our customer service counter, we are unable to process any refunds.
